Career Personality Profiler
The Career Personality Profiler (CPP) is based on the theory of psychological types described by Swiss psychiatrist C.G Jung and Isabel Myers. It assesses four aspects of your personality and provides an understanding of individual differences and behaviours. The assessment builds on over 50 years of research into psychological types and uses clear terminology to help you learn more about yourself, your preferred work tasks and your preferred work environment. The CPP contains 60 multiple choice questions and produces 16 possible type combinations.
The Four Personality Scales
1.Informer - Reflector
Informer - You are focused externally on people, activities and events
Reflector - You are focused internally on thoughts, feelings and reflections
2.Producer - Creator
Producer - You are practical, hands-on and detail-oriented
Creator - You are creative, imaginative and ideas-oriented
3.Analyser - Helper
Analyser - You are analytical, task-focused and enjoy solving problems
Helper - You are empathetic, people-focused and enjoy building relationships
4.Planner - Adapter
Planner - You like to plan, organise and work in a structured environment
Adapter - You like to be adaptable, spontaneous and work in a flexible environment
Once you have completed the assessment online, you will receive your report via email.
